MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role of Care Worker is to make a difference to the everyday lives of people by enhancing the wellbeing of our residents through practical and personal care and emotional support, whilst respecting their dignity and promoting their independence. You will enhance people’s lives through a variety of methods, whether it is cooking or gardening, singing, and dancing, or just reading and talking, you will help them keep living the life they love.
DAILY DUTIES:
This role requires flexibility along with enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative individuals. You need the ability to work on your own initiative in a busy and dynamic role as well as a being a Positive Team Player. This role is for a passionate individual who believes they can make a difference to individuals.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working with people in care homes/nursing homes. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and professional and shares our values which are kind, supportive and trusted.
Extra:
Have a DBS on the update service or do a new one with us.
All trainings or be willing to do training with us.
* Full time and Part time work dependant on your circumstances
* Holiday allowance accrued as you work.
* Free mandatory training annually
