Job Details
My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. Paying between £20-25,000 and working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers both via email and over the phone to coordinate the service department including customer repairs, breakdowns and warranty calls.
• Administration of service department including making bookings, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing quotations, invoicing, processing warranty claims and diary management
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Providing administration support to the Service Manager
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
• Must be well organised and able to cope within a busy office environment.
• Excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact for incoming service and breakdown calls.
• Outgoing and friendly for small office team.
• Previous administration experience essential.
• Experience of Syrinx software advantageous.
• Driving licence preferred due to location.
