Telephone Sales Agent

My client based in Aylesbury is currently looking for a Telephone Sales Agent to work within their fun busy team. My client works within a hybrid working pattern, which enables this role to be partly home based.

The main purpose of this position is to ensure that new policy holders are contacted within adequate time frames to gain their continued custom, you will be achieving this by providing them with relevant information around policies and products.

This role will require you to possess excellent questioning and listening skills, to take ownership of your work by using your own initiative enabling you to problem solve. You must be able to work within agreed but very rewarding performance targets

Whilst having a smart approach to persuasion and negotiation. The ability to be versatile with business changing needs is essential.

Main Responsibilities of this role will include:

Dealing with inbound calls from customers to assist and provide quotations and policies for various insurance products
Making outbound calls to offer insurance quotations to existing customers and other warm leads
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
Ensuring customers are provided with the information they need to make an informed decision and purchase
Regularly achieving sales, service and productivity targets
Ensuring all documentation is professional and accurate.
Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all times
