Financial Accountant Manager
£40k-£55k per annum + Bonus, depending on experience
Brentwood, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Working from home 2-3 days per week

My client is seeking a Financial Accountant who will be responsible for External reporting and Financial Control. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well-established business.

Duties:

External reporting (plc AIM listed). IFRS
Filing of Legal Entity statutory accounts
Controllership tasks including balance sheet reconciliations
M&A support (due diligence, valuations, integration)
Investor relations
Tax support
Partner Support
Financial Modelling, including KPI's
Working within a small team, so 'hands on' and involvement in other tasks required
Reporting to the Head of Finance
Regular liaison with all members of the Finance team.

Experience required:

Qualified Chartered Accountant. ACA
Needs post qualification experience (PQE) in industry (outside practice)
Excellent IT Skills, particularly advanced Excel
IFRS Technical knowledge including preparing Statutory Accounts
Listed plc reporting (i.e. share accounting, dividend flow)
