Machine Operative

Castle Industrial and Construction are recruiting for a Machine Operative required for our manufacturing client based in the outskirts of Scarborough. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a hard-working and ambitious team of skilled Machine Operatives.

Pay between £10 - £13 per hour depending on experience
Various shift patterns on site, including Monday-Friday regular days, Monday-Friday 6-2/2-10, 3 shift pattern and 12 hour days and nights mix.

The ideal Machine Operative will have:

Excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Previous Machine Operative experience is desirable
Understanding of close tolerance manufacturing
Understanding of engineering drawings
A methodical approach
