Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a very successful and reputable client for a Field Service Engineer to cover the Midlands.
The Role:
You will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, reactive and prevantative maintenance work on compressed air systems, both on mobile and static applications.
Duties:
* Service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain compressed air equipment,
* Work within a 100 mile radius of home location covering the area from Stoke down to Cambridge.
* Provide high levels of customer service whilst always adhering to H&S and company policy.
* Ensure equipment is always operating correctly and efficiently.
* Build strong working relationships with customers.
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary:
£26,000 basic going up to £28,000 after you are trained. Expected annual salary with overtime is between £35,000 - £40,000.
Required skills/experience:
* Qualification in Engineering
* Good communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable
* Mechanical background (Ideally someone with Compressor, Plant or HGV experience)
* Able to read from engineering drawings
* Computer literate
* Can-do attitude
* Full UK Driving License
