A Housing Officer opportunity has arisen based in Waltham Forest. The role involves delivering an excellent generic Housing Management service to residents, managing the maintenance of properties and act as the main point of contact for tenancy queries.

Description
Provide a generic Housing and Tenancy management service to residents.
Acting as the main point of contact for tenancy queries, complaints and welfare benefits.
To manage the maintenance of properties, ensuring they are maintained and safe to live in. Including conducting estate inspections and monitoring repairs.
Supporting tenants with their needs on how to sustain their tenancies.
Managing the voids process, lettings and anti-social behaviour matters.
Manage rent arrears.Profile
The successful candidate:
Experience working within the Housing Sector.
Experience delivering a Housing and Tenancy management service.
Excellent communications skills.
Able to carry our property visits in Waltham Forest.Job Offer
The successful candidate will be offered a temporary contract and paying a competitive hourly rate. This is an agile working role with some required travel to Waltham Forest
