We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to provide operational support to our business. My client is embarking on a digital transformation journey and this could bring exciting opportunities for the successful candidate to get involved.
Working Within The HR Function The Role Includes
· Data Entry of all payroll transactions, i.e. new starts, leavers, changes, court orders etc.,
· Query Management
· Telephony support
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous operational Payroll experience.
· Ability to deal with Payroll enquiries
· Ability to provide guidance and advice to internal customers, resolving queries including those of a more complex sensitive nature.
· Strong communication skills.
· Highly organised to deliver Payroll services within agreed SLAs.
· Knowledge of legislation, statutory entitlements and payments would be advantageous.
· Experience of HR/Payroll systems, specifically SAP would be ideal
