Supply Chain Manager

I am currently recruiting for a business based in Dartford this role is for a Supply Chain Manager paying 35-42K D.O.E.

This role will be office based hours but require some flexibility based on the requirements of the business. Ideally this person needs to have FMCG background. The responsibilities for this role will be;

· Managing the activities and resources to ensure the highest level of Customer Service and to ensure the financial and operational objectives are achieved.

· Maintaining customer relationships with day-to-day interaction and ensuring the customers' needs are being met or exceeded.

· A strong commercial and logistics background within the Fresh Produce supply network.

· Responsible for department recruitment and retention.

· Identify opportunities to simplify current process, to recommended, and implement new process to drive productivity.

· The management of productivity to achieve KPIs, changing priorities where necessary and be proactive in looking for continuous improvements and cost reductions.

· To ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and administration functions completed within deadlines and maintain accurate records in line with customer/company requirements.

· To promote harmonious and effective working relationships both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service through a combination of communication teamwork, motivation and leadership.
