IFA Administrator
I have an exciting opportunity for a IFA Administrator to join a leading and growing financial services business.
This is an great opportunity to join a forward thinking and expanding company where the rewards and career progression are excellent.
You will be providing support to the financial advisors and director and liaising with internals and external stakeholders
Salary/package: Up to £30,000 + bonus + pension + study support
THE ROLE
As an IFA Administrator based at the firm's offices , you will be working closely with a High Earning IFAs to ensure the effective processing of New Business from submission to completion and liaising with providers/platforms/clients to ensure a timely and efficient conclusion.
Producing Quotes/Illustrations from a range of providers and platforms
Extensive use of their CRM - including producing MI, and Portfolio Reports
Processing and EDI Statements, Full Client Data Processing, Document Designer, Risk Analysis, Bulk
Valuations and Bulk Data Uploading, Tasks
Client servicing and Annual Reviews completed in a timely manner ensuring all required information is disclosed
Assisting the IFAs to produce Suitability Reports for Protection business and for Fund Switch
Ensuring internal file compliance processes are adhered to as well as those laid down by the FCA
Assist the Director with Compliance issues such as improving the T&C Scheme, TCF Principles,
Investment Processes and in making the necessary returns to the FCA
Working knowledge of O&M Profiler to produce cash flow forcasts
Working knowledge of Transact, Aviva, Aegon (Cofunds), Aegon Platform, Standard Life, Scottish Widows, Canada Life, Royal London, Prudential, and Elevate
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following:
2 years+ IFA Administration experience
Strong platform knowledge
Excellent communication skills
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the IFA Administrator vacancy is as follows:
Up to £30,000 salary (depending on experience)
