Job Title: Receptionist (Permanent Position) x2
Salary/Hours: £22,000 Salaried - 4 on 4 off across a 7 day week hours to be available are between 07:30-21:00 - Parking on site, Holidays, Pension
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
My Client is an established organisation who are currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic individual with a passion for quality and service to join their expanding team based in Potters Bar as a Receptionist.
JOB PURPOSE
The telephone reception team are responsible for answering and transferring all inbound calls to the business and greeting visitors to the site.
RESPONSIBILITES
Welcome visitors and employees
Answering calls
Re-routing calls to the relevant department/persons
Answering emails
Provide secretarial support to depot manager
General fleet administration tasks as required
COVID 19 measures i.e., cleaning rota etc.
Ad Hoc Duties Interviews will be taking place 28th and 30th of September
