Payroll Specialist

This is is a long term contract suited to an experienced Payroll Specialist, ideally coming from the Financial Services sector, or a large company background.

My client is specialist bank primarily based in the UK, but with a global presence. They offer a second to none culture with an ongoing hybrid working pattern.

Description

Preparation, input and checking of all payroll, benefits and compensation
Answering employee queries regarding pay and benefits
Production of all monthly and ad hoc payrolls
Month end payroll reconciliations
Generate and process manual payments via online banking systems
Managing the HR bank accounts including monitoring transactions
Providing payroll calculations
Support project related workProfile

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked in a similar role within the Financial or Professional Services sectors. In an ideal world you will also be working towards your CIP qualification. You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal and have strong numeracy skills.
