Sales Administrator
Immediate start - ongoing temp role
£10p/h
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Northampton - Swan Valley
As a Administration Support colleague you will support both the Sales Administration team and the Accounts team, as well as completing a variety of your own duties.
As part of the Sales Administration role you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties.
In this role, you will work closely with the Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
As part of the Accounts Assistant role, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
