This Project Administrator position is a 12 month position, working for a Birmingham based Health care organisation. The role will be remote-based.

Our client is a well-established Health care/Pharmaceutical organisation.
Description
The key duties as Project Administrator will be:
Provide a high-quality efficient administration service to the project lead
Provide a high-quality first point of contact service for all stakeholders involved in the project
Provide day to day co-ordination of the project leads tasks, including managing their diary
Organise/minute meetings either virtually (Teams) or face to face to support the project
Act as triage for telephone calls and respond or cascade as appropriate, forwarding messages to the appropriate person
Oversee and participate in the preparation of project documentation, as appropriate
Competently complete a wide range of administrative tasks: including processing data, typing, minute taking, agenda preparation, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning etc, as agreed and when required.Profile
The successful Project Administrator will have:
Good interpersonal and communication skills with experience of dealing with people at a variety of levels
Strong organisational skills
Experience of delivering a wide range of administration tasks to a high standard
Experience of working in a team
Proven track record of delivering on objectives within a constantly changing fast paced environment
Ability to act on own initiative and work independently
Strong IT & written skills (minute taking, report writing, collation of info/data)
Able to use Office/Word to produce documents/reports/action plans/Excel templates etc
