The purpose of the Sales Support Analyst is to support the continuous improvement of partner sales performance, through the implementation of a performance analysis and reporting that focuses on the partners agreed targets for a large financial services firm based in the City of London.

Description
The main duties for the Sales Support Analyst are:
To support the continuous improvement of Partner sales performance, through the implementation of a performance analysis and reporting that focuses on the partners agreed targets.
Support a number of high performing sales teams and functions including Direct Partner Sales, Direct Merchant Sales, Partner Sales teams (3rd parties), internationally.
Monitor sales performance KPIs and work with the necessary functional teams to deliver the daily, weekly and monthly reporting, trends, alongside a framework for forecasting and performance analysis.
Conduct the analysis of sales performance across all teams and channels to analyse trends, identify root causes, and provide insight on continuous improvement actions.in identifying risks to plan, and annual objectives e.g., IYNB (in Year New Business) pipeline analysis and partner performance.Profile
The requirements for the Sales Support Analyst are:
Advanced Excel required
SQL - Preferable not a must
Previous exposure to Tableau and Salesforce
2 years experience in a similar role
