Exciting remote working customer service opportunity for a start up Fintech firm

You must be open to working evenings and 100% remote

Client Details

My client are a Currency Exchange Fintech business with small head quarters in Sydney, Australia. Currently they stand at a team of 10 and they are looking to branch out to the UK in order to service their clients 24 hours a day. They are looking for a Customer Service Agent to manage their Live Chats functions and trades from 4pm to 10pm/10.30pm to alternate with AUS.

Description

Working from 4pm - 10.30pm daily
Monitoring Live Chat function and updating customer queries
Managing trade requests from clients
Carrying out document checks and sending to verification teams
Working over Live chat and emails to support clients
Escalating any complex queries to senior team members Profile

Open to working from 4pm - 10.30pm daily
An additional language skill; Mandarin, French, German or Nordic languages.
2 years exposure within customer service and financial services
Knowledge of AML/KYC in order to chase outstanding paperwork with clients
Ability to work remotely with little to no management
Self-starter with great levels of independence Job Offer
