This small friendly company, has an opportunity for an experienced investment / pensions administrator. You will be acting as the primary contact for a team of Investment advisors and a contact for clients.

Experience is the key with this role if you have worked at an IFA practice with experience working with a wide variety of providers (e.g. Aviva, Royal London, Aegon and DFM providers) my client would love to see your CV.

Working on the Intelligent Office database and using risk profiling tools such as Dynamic planner.

Key Tasks

To provide a professional level of administrative support to a team of Investment advisers.

To process new and existing pension, investment, protection and any other business ensuring they are fully compliant with my client and provider requirements.

Main Duties

· Welcoming visitors to the office

· General administrative and office duties assisting the management team as requested

· Prepare paperwork for all client meetings, including report and document printing and valuation calculations ensuring that all deadlines are met.

· Keeping the company database up to date, ensuring that all tasks allocated to you on the system are reviewed daily, actioning or allocating to others as necessary.

· Ensure registers and logs are kept up to date and reviewed on a regular basis.

· Take responsibility for dealing with client issues in order to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.

· Communicate with colleagues on compliance matters as they arise, and highlighting any areas of specific interest
