Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Maidstone (Office based)

Salary: £10 - 11ph

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Start date: Immediately

End date: Temp to Perm

This is a great opportunity to work for a well recognised Construction business based in Maidstone. The offices are close to public transport, however there is also free parking available.

This is a Temporary to Permanent role starting immediately so you will need to be available with no more than 1 weeks notice. You will be joining a small and supportive team as a Customer Service Administrator where full training will be provided.

Your duties would include:

Supporting a busy Customer Service team with Administration
Answering initial calls from existing customers
Completing questionnaires/surveys
Passing surveys to senior team members
Inputting customer information on the system
Completing and submitting forms
Inputting data onto Excel
Using Microsoft Office and various IT systems
