We are recruiting for a leading health care company, who due to expansion are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Chesterfield office. You will initially be joining the business on a temporary basis before becoming a permanent member of the team.

Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Chesterfield - free parking
Hours: Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday 8:45am-5pm, Thursday 8:45am-4:30pm | 38.25hrs per week
Salary: £20,000pa
Immediate start available
In this role you will be -
Processing customer sales and purchase orders using SAP
Answering customer queries via phone and email
Generating invoices
Managing customer expected delivery dates
Provide the sales team with accurate information
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliersWhat you will need to succeed:
Previous experience working in administration or customer service
Professional telephone manner
Able to respond to queries in a professional manner
Good computer skills - experience using SAP would be an advantage
