Contract Administrator / Recruitment Administrator
Are you passionate about delivering first class service to your customers and clients? Do you have a meticulous eye for detail? Are you looking for part time work, and able to work from home?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Contract Manager, to assist the smooth delivery of a high profile, busy and rewarding account.
This newly created role will include;
ensuring all our candidates packs are audit compliant prior to commencing work (taking up references, checking RTW documentation, sending out other forms)
handling telephone enquiries from our current associates, line managers and future associates and assisting with their varying queries
advertising new jobs online, sending 'current opportunities emails and general correspondence to associates
processing holiday requests & assisting with queries
updating weekly reports (hours worked, PO's, assignment extensions etc)Ideally we are looking for someone to work 4 hours per day (could fit in with school hours well) but flexible to consider 3 full days for the right person.
