Hales are working alongside our client to expand their team of Customer Service Advisors - specialising in Owner Experience. Our client is the UK’s leading managed holiday letting agency and their aim is simple: to delight their owners and their guests. To do this, there’s no one more important than the Call Centre Specialists!
Our client prides themselves on delivering a “customer first" experience to their property owners who are imperative to the success of the business. Our client values every interaction and ensures that they offer the highest level of professionalism at all times.
We are looking for highly motivated, organised people who have excellent communication skills, are comfortable and confident in dealing with incoming contacts and who are passionate about customer experience. Essentially, you’ll stop at nothing to ensure our clients property owners are delighted!
Our client offers full training and you will be multiskilled to ensure that however the property owners decide to make contact you will be there to offer support. You will add value to every owner contact to maintain loyalty and owner lifetime value, whether this be on email, webchat or by telephone conversation. You will understand our owners needs to nurture and to retain them.
LOCATION: Lowestoft
PAY RATE: £18,500
DURATION: Permanent
START DATE: Thursday 16th September
HOURS: 35 hours per week, 5 days from 7 (working every other full weekend), between 9am and 7pm
