Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executiveto join a busy and friendly team in Bedford. 

Duties will include

First point of contact for clients

Dealing with client queries

Provide support for the Client Management team

Ensure a reliable flow of work through to the production team

Keeping clients informed of the day to day progress

Ensuring that all issues are highlighted to the relevant Manager/escalation point 

Order processing & data capture

Making Stock adjustments and despatching of orders from the stock management system

Helping to build the working relationship with clients

Providing account cover for other members of the team 

The ideal candidate will have previous over the phone customer service experience, be enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.

You must have your own transport due to the location. 

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Starting salary is £18,550pa rising to £20,000pa after 3 months with 22 days holiday rising to 25 days
