Position: Investment Team Administrator
Location: Bath, BA1
Hours: Permanent, Full time Monday - Friday
Do you have a background within the financial services sector? Whether that be banking, investments or wealth management. If so this is a great opportunity to join a small team and support them from an administrative perspective.
Responsibilities include
Assisting with setting up new client files & monitoring the new client.
Pre-populate forms for clients using mail merge templates and send out mail merges and letters
Update CRM systems, ensuring client documentation is up to date, scanned and saved.
Making ad-hoc payments, posting cheques
Assist with any projects or operational tasks with the investment managers.
General Office Administration such as meeting clients, taking incoming calls, filing, sending and sorting post.About You
Proficient on Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
Relevant Experience within an FCA regulated company is advantageous.
Accurate typing skills and a strong attention to detail. Please apply today as this role could be available for an immediate start.
