Are you an experienced Purchasing Administrator looking for your next immediately available contract role?

Excellent opportunity on offer for an experienced Purchasing Administrator looking for an immediate start with a leading UK Manufacturer.

Due to a very busy period & an ever growing order book, my client are recruiting for a diligent and organised Purchasing Administrator on a 6 month contract basis to add support to the permanent team.

The role will involve supporting the purchasing function within the team. You will charged with managing PO's, invoices & order reports as well as invoicing & managing price levels. The company use a Sage accounting system and you will be required to input data & complete other administrative duties as required.

The Role:

Working within a close knit purchasing team
Managing all PO and order acknowledgements, invoicing & general administrative duties to support the team
Using the company Sage accounting system to update their purchasing system
The person:

An Experienced Purchasing Administrator with understanding of SAP
Articulate with excellent verbal and numerical skills & great time management skills
Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
