TEMPORARY ROLE STARTING ASAP  BASED NEAR KETTERING TOWN CENTRE

Our client has an immediate requirement for a Customer Services Administrator on a temporary basis for 3-4 weeks. The ideal candidate will be a diligent customer services administrator with prior experience The candidate must be a highly organised professional who takes ownership of multiple cross-functional responsibilities. A demonstrable ability to deliver accurate, on-time results, in a role with fluctuating priorities, is a must.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships

· Ownership of all customer communications pertaining to customer order related matters

· First-line responsibility for the management and growth of a number of house accounts

· Front-line visitor greeting and set up/clear down of visitor meetings. Inc. organising lunches etc.

· Prepare enquiry and project packs for the sales team

· Maintain and deliver accurate weekly and monthly customer-related reports

· Prepare and process orders in the system on a daily basis

· Provide accurate administration support as required by the Group Commercial Director

· Support of adhoc requirements such as induction packs, meeting packs, and meeting minutes

· Managing all business requirements for travel, accommodation, visas, and car hire etc.

· Recruitment administration and scheduling of interviews

· Accurate documentation control such as filing and archiving in-line with company policy

· Ownership of the company consumables and stationary inventories and restocking 
 
The candidate

· Professional and accurate verbal and written communicator at all stakeholder levels

· Evidenced ability to work autonomously and deliver solutions to meet multiple deadlines

· Strong analytical, prioritisation, time-management, and organisational skills 

Hours 8.30-5 Monday- Thursday, 8.30-2.30 Friday, 37.5 hours per week 30 minutes for lunch
