Class 2 Driver /7.5 T driver to become class 2

Ruskim/Lucky 8 Foods is one of the UK’s leading importers and distributors of frozen, chilled and ambient food products operating out of several depots throughout the UK & Ireland.

We currently have vacancies for hardworking, reliable and honest class 2 driver and 7.5T driver at our depot on in Tilbury delivering into catering industry. Should be physically fit and should not be afraid of hard work and some night outs may be required.

Potential 7.5 T candidates need to be professional, enthusiastic, customer focused, after passing 3 months’ probation the candidate will be trained to become a class 2 driver on company expense earing a decent salary. You should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and be able to deal with an array of customers. Candidate will have daily interaction with customers and building and maintaining long lasting relationships.

Manual handling activities such as but not limited to, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying will be required. Delivering stock as per customer’s request.

Having Clean driving licence will be a plus point/CPC card holder, after passing the probation a successful candidate can be trained up to become an HGV professional.

Location: Tilbury(RM18 7SX)

Monday to Friday

Minimum Wage- Full time contract. Class 2 Driver wage £32K

Should be physically fit, flexible and be able to work as part of a team but also be able to use own initiative.

These are permanent roles which will provide further opportunities in the future. You will directly report to the depot manager
