Job Details

My Client, a leading company with a national presence are recruiting for Customer Service Agents on a full time temporary basis with a potential for a permanent role after three months.

The role is paying £9 per hour.

Your shifts will be as below -

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00 (Rotating shifts)

Your role will involve -

Managing a small number of key accounts
Full Customer Service and Sales cycle
Dealing with a high number of inbound calls
Process reservations, discussing terms and completing accurate data entry
Hit targets
General Admin and Customer Service
Experience required -

Previous Customer Service or Admin experience (desirable, not essential)
General computer literacy - Microsoft Office
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent work ethic
