Interaction Recruitment are collaborating with an established family legal firm based in Peterborough who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their organisation.
A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF £20,000 - 25,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing diaries and arranging appointments
Dealing with post/emails
Drafting letters and other documents
Maintaining filing systems
Answering the phone and dealing with queries
Maintaining office supplies
Complying with internal office procedures and dealing with clients in person
To be considered for this role you display the following:
Have history of working in a solicitors office or other legal environment
Proficient audio typists - A minimum typing speed of 65 wpm/90% accuracy
Extremely organised to work independently and to deadlines
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail - including spelling and punctuation
Computer literate - strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
You will be rewarded with the following:
