About the Role
This is a new exciting role to provide administration support for a large Domicillary Care Agency which has homes in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
The Successful Candidate for the role will have:
To undertake all word processing required in terms of letters, reports, data processing, financial records and photocopying.
To attend and minute meetings where required.
To take telephone messages, make appointments, follow up on queries etc.
To maintain and organise up to date filing systems for each Supported Living Service.
To keep a record of all current forms, correspondence and ongoing pieces of work.
Complete and collate returns to ensure efficiencies within the services.
To liaise when appropriate with all stakeholders.
To liase with the managers, deputy managers for the Supported Living Services, and other departments to ensure effective communication.
To ensure office equipment is kept in good working order and to organise necessary maintenance.
To ensure that computer skills are kept up-to-date and applied to work.
To devise and implement new and innovative ideas to improve the working of the office.
To participate in the organisation of training and recruitment, financial procedures and complete internal reports when necessary.
To report any incident or accident to senior staff.
To participate in the organisation staff appraisal system.
To accept training opportunities when they are identified.
To ensure that all information is treated as confidential unless otherwise directed.
A good working knowledge of Excel and powerpoint.
Be organised and efficient and have a can-do attitude
A High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Previous experience within the health Care Industry is desirable
All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
