A fast-paced role with a primary focus to manage payroll across all European entities, as well as managing a relationship with the global payroll provider to ensure accurate implementation of the system. Also, working along side the Human Resources Leadership Team, to communicate and implement HR initiatives that contribute to the business as a whole.

Reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, government correspondences, and verification of employments for international entities
Work closely with HR to implement HR programmes and practices
Gathering and the preparation of monthly payrolls for European entities
Providing support to international finance teams with month-end close and reporting activities
Profile
Carry a strong work ethic, with high attention to detail and strong time management. Also need the desire to work in a fast-paced international environment, with the ability to build good relationships. Must have 5+ years of European payroll related experience, with extensive knowledge of software platforms such as ADP, Oracle etc. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration is preferred but not required.
