Loughborough
Due to growth my client is looking to recruit an experienced Installations Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is a busy role working within the Installations team of a national organisation.
The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, have a consistent temperament, be an excellent communicator and efficient with process management. All training will be provided to ensure you are familiar with our systems and processes.
Details of your key responsibilities are below:
Daily scheduling and main point of contact for our install engineers and sub-contractors
Raising jobs on our scheduling system
Ensuring lead times are achieved
Ordering parts for installation works and ensuring they are shipped to site for commencement of works
Invoicing post completion of works
Responding to customer queries
Arranging permits and access equipment where required
Booking accommodation for engineers
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
