Interaction Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to work in our clients busy, and friendly office based in Corby, Peterborough. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 09:00 -17:00.
The successful candidate will have:
· 1 years experience in payroll and administration
· General background in HR
· An understanding of Sage Payroll packages
· Date entry Experience
· Confidence in Excel and Microsoft word
· Ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that correct and appropriate payments and deductions are made - Assisting with computations, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings
· Weekly and Monthly Payroll processing.
· Online filing of all relevant HMRC forms.
· Calculating pay rates/overtime/bonus/pay raises/holiday for clients when required.
· Prepare, submit and retrieve pension data to support the processing of payroll and onboarding / offboarding activities
· Act as the key contact for all internal / external payroll queries
