HR Business Partner
* Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
* Up to £45,000 per annum
* Full time, 40 hours per week
* Permanent staff position
A corporate organisation with several sites across the UK and Europe is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner.
Working as part of an established senior leadership team you will develop and implement the company’s HR strategy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, support, and deliver employee engagement and change management strategy.
* Support operational teams to reinforce company culture.
* Give guidance and coaching to management teams and encourage managers to make effective people decisions.
* Provide advice on all aspects of company policy, best practice, employee relations and employment law.
* Support capability development, retention, and succession of on-site management.
* Assist and provide guidance in grievance and disciplinary issues up to and including dismissal and appeal.
* Review HR management information and suggest areas for improvement.
* Develop internal training workshops for managers and employees.
Required Skills & and Experience
* Experience in a HR leadership position.
* People development and performance management.
* Must be well organised with good project management and strategic planning abilities.
* Educated to degree level and/or CIPD Level 7.
