Description
Responsibilities of the role includes:
Posting, managing and controlling all nominal ledger accounts;
Producing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and reports;
Managing income, ensuring payments are received on time;
Reconciliation of ledgers, supplier statements, credit card accounts, and bank accounts;
Overseeing and assisting the approval, coding and posting of purchase invoices and credit notes;
Posting cash receipts and payments from paying in book and cheque book;
Ensuring banking is carried out regularly;
Overseeing the input and payment of staff expenses;
Preparing and managing budgets;
Providing expenditure reports and financial analysis to budget holders;
Other duties as required.Profile
Candidates wishing to apply should have/be:
Recent experience in a relevant role;
Experience with budget setting;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
A flexible approach to work, with the ability to manage different workloads.Job Offer
