Job Details
My Client are looking for a confident and personable Customer Service Advisor to join as part of the customer services team. You will be responsible for ensuring existing and potential customers receive excellent customer service by responding to phone calls and written communication in a timely and efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To respond to a high volume of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, assisting them with queries and requests.
To deal with customers in a polite, friendly and efficient manner always ensuring customers receive a consistent professional service and a solution to their enquiry.
To provide accurate, valid and complete information in response to customer enquiries by following Company procedures and referring to product information.
To update the Company on-line management system by recording all relevant customer interactions ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times.
To process customer accounts and file relevant documents appropriately ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate.
To deal with warranty issues, delivery issues, re-stocking and returning items, arranging service calls efficiently and ensuring customers are satisfied.
To resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within company timeframes ensuring all complaints are followed up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
To build sustainable relationships of trust through open and transparent communication to exceed customer expectations.
To follow Company guidelines and procedures when processing orders checking for possible fraudulent activity.
To attend supplier product training sessions, gaining knowledge about their products and establishing a rapport with that supplier
