Finance Manager
£28,000 p.a + DOE
Exeter City Centre
Excellent, Full Time, Opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an internationally trading company company based in the city centre. A successful candidate will become the company's Finance Manager. This a fairly stand alone role within the team that will be responsible for the day to day administration and financial management of our client. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Payroll and HR including RTI
Sales & Purchase ledger duties
HMRC reporting including MTD VAT
Overseeing multi-currency bank transactions
Managing internal expenses & transactions
Liaising with accountants for year-end auditing, tax preparation and other financial needs as necessary
Monthly international account auditing
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Maintaining the Quality Control system (QMS), IS0 9001: 2015
Managing company suppliers: insurances, utilities, and other servicesAn ideal candidate will have
Significant finance experience
AAT Qualified
Strong IT skills
Experience in Sage 50cloud Payroll and Sage 50cloud Accounts
Confident Communication skills
