Senior Client Support, £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Financial company based in Bury St Edmunds
Our client is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join their busy team in their Bury St Edmunds office.
Main Duties:
Administering clients’ portfolios using a multiple of online portals and platforms
Processing new business and liaising with clients, providers and internal departments
Preparing clients’ annual portfolio summaries
Preparing income drawdown reviews
Supporting the financial planners and technical teams
Assisting departmental manager with training and development of the customer care and support team
Maintaining client databases accurately
Essential Skills
Experience within financial administration / client support
Previous experience working with platforms such as Standard Life Wrap Platform
Knowledge of rebalancing client’s portfolios
