Description
To act as first contact point for funding related queries;
To proactively look for bid / funding opportunities;
Ownership of tendering process' from start to finish;
Develop an understanding of different funding streams;
Manage inputs from and liaise with a variety of stakeholders;
Conduct research needed to write bids effectively;
Keep an accurate bid tracker;
Follow up on all bids for feedback;
To assist in the production of reports;
To work closely with the Finance team to cost and recommend the best possible bid responses are submitted;
Basic project management tasks for successful bids and internal projects;
Undertake cross departmental tasks in Procurement and Contracts when require.Profile
Candidates wishing to apply should:
Have excellent communication skills;
Have great organisation skills;
Have knowledge of bid writing and/or grant funding;
Have previous experience in a relevant role.Job Offer
