£20,000 - £21,000
ADECCO are recruiting a rotational General Manager for our client based in Swansea.
Our client is a local employer of choice within the Leisure industry and is offering a competitive package to the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career with a well-established brand!
Ideal candidate will have supervisory/management experience within either leisure, hospitality, hotel, catering, or retail. They will also have experience of delivering excellent service within a target driven, customer focused environment.
Duties:
To be responsible for the daily operation of the site.
Supervise and guide the team to maximise revenue
Continuously strive for excellent customer feedback by driving net promoter scoring
Dealing with staff rotas
Recruitment and training
Health and safety measures are kept in order
Stock checking and ordering of supplies
General business reporting to HQBenefits
Quarterly bonuses
Pension scheme
Discounted leisure facilities
Employee flexibenefit scheme
