Administrator

ADECCO are looking for an Administrator for their client in the Ammanford area.

The client is a growing manufacturing facility and offers many development opportunities for the right candidate.

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Salary DOE

The Role:

- Provide administrative support to the production function of the business

- Process POs, job cards, dispatch and delivery paperwork, invoices etc.

- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers, as required

- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly, accurately and in line with compliance

- Data entry

The Ideal Candidate:

- Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload

- Administrative experience within manufacturing desirable

- Knowledge of supply chain an advantage

- Good level of education and IT literacy

- Self-motivated and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude
