We have an amazing opportunity for a Children`s Operations Manager to oversee a cluster of Children`s Residential homes.
You will be working for an incredible organisation who provides a range of residential care for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Learning, Physical Disabilities and complex needs with associated challenging behaviour and young people with SEBD.
As the operations manager you will oversee up to 8 services for children and young people across the Lancashire Region. You will have responsibility for operations of services within an identified region with oversight for the provisions of care and the environment coupled with all regional matters pertaining to all regional operational work and statutory oversight. A primary focus for the region in attaining stability, excellent outcomes for young people, developing outstanding services, professionally trained staff and attain financial viability to secure growth.
The role requires a knowledgeable & dynamic individual who can use their previous experience, understanding of children`s residential service to ensure the homes thrive. You will be a Senior Manager who can use their own initiative, lead a team to greatness.
The ideal candidate will have a solid career history in children`s residential care, including at least 2 years operational management or hold a proved track record of a registered manager and hold solid experience with Ofsted and hold a minimum of a level 5 in leadership and management.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary starting from £55,000 dependant on experience, opportunities for further development and additional benefits.
