£9.00 per hour - £11.00 per hour (depending on start/end times)

Temporary - Permanent

Our client based in Tamworth are recruiting for a Customer service advisor's to work in their contact centre. They are currently growing their team and need up to 8 new customer service advisors working on different shift patterns.

Shift patterns available

Full time- Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-7pm
Weekends Only - Saturday and Sunday
Evenings 8pm- MidnightShift patterns will be from 7am-2pm, 8am-3pm, 9am-4pm, 10am-5pm, 11am-6pm, 12am-7pm. Rotating different shifts each week.

Duties:

Delivering excellent customer service
Inputting data onto the system for engineers to be scheduled out to customers
Collecting all relevant information from customers over the phone
Dealing with inbound calls and potential follow ups of outbound calling
Providing a 5-star service
Ideal candidate must have great communication skills
Be able to think on their feet and work in a fast-paced environment
