Sales & Design Administrator- Mildenhall- £21,000-£23,000

We are very happy to be recruiting for our wonderful manufacturing company based in Mildenhall, who are looking for a Sales & Design Administrator to add to their great team!

Salary: £21,000-£23,000

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours)

The Job:

Reporting to the Design Manager within your role you will be tasked with:

-Being the first point of contact for incoming customer orders through phone calls and emails

-Process customers orders and understand customer problems

-Liaise with production to schedule orders in line with capabilities & capacity

-Develop an understanding of, and operate Auto-cad Lite

-Use sage50 accounts software to create quotes and input customer's purchase orders

-Check customer orders against job tickets / drawings to ensure they are correct

To be successful in your application you will need to have:

-Previous office/administration experience

-Great telephone manner in speaking with customers

-Amazing attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders

-Very strong computer based skills

-Enthusiastic approach to work and be able to work as part of a team
