Meridian Health are recruiting for Switchboard Operators to work in a busy hospital in Manchester
This is a temporary ongoing role working full time hours
Due to the nature of the role, shifts cover a 24 hour period working 7 days,
Hourly rate starts at £8.92 for days, £12.75 for Saturday/Nights, £16.50 for Sundays
Duties Include:
Being first point of contact for any external calls to the hospital
Assisting with any queries and problem solving
Transferring calls to the correct department and escalating any problems and queries
Transferring internal calls and queries
Liaising with internal services, NHS staff and general public
