We currently have a fantastic temporary opportunity available to support out client in the Marketing & Sales team, who are a major provider of truly affordable housing.

The ideal candidate will need to have worked within a Housing Association with strong administrative experience!

You must be able to jump straight in, able to learn new things quickly and also have the ability to successfully manage your own workload!

If you are friendly, upbeat and have a strong work ethic, this role could be ideal for you!

Please note you must need a Drivers Licence as travelling around North London will be required on the odd occasion.

THE ROLE:

Job Purpose;

To deliver the Sales and Marketing service in relation to new and existing shared ownership homes in an effective and accountable manner within specified budgets and the approved programme
To ensure an excellent customer service is provided to customers during the sales process and during the first year after completion

Key Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provide a customer-focused service ensuring service delivery is consistent with target response times
Ensure that all tenants and residents contacting the company on sales and marketing issues, receive an efficient response to their enquiry
Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer complaints about sales and marketing issues, dealing effectively with complaints

SALES AND MARKETING

Assist the shared ownership homes sales and marketing activity for identified schemes within development programme.
Ensure the effective application of all appropriate procedures, including the preparation of marketing plans, strategies and budgets.
To be involved with the delivery of resale and staircasing activities when required on existing shared ownership properties.
Assistance in the delivery of our presales service
Ensure property are properly allocated
Promotion and adherence to equality and health and safety legislation

NEW BUILD SCHEMES

Co-ordinate appropriate market research information e.g. acquiring comparable values, internet research, speaking to local competitors to obtain comparable prices.
Assist in the preparation of appropriate marketing plans so that all homes are sold on time and to budget.
Co-ordinate relevant marketing campaigns, including launch events, PR, website updates, and appropriate press releases.
To co-ordinate the set up and management of show homes where appropriate.
Ensure a customer focused viewing service to customers for available schemes. This will include assistance with viewings 1 Saturday per month
Ensure that all "offers" with regard to sales are managed in accordance with the approved Shared Ownership Allocations Policy
Work with internal / external micro website providers to develop web based marketing.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND VALUE FOR MONEY

Control the marketing budget for a particular scheme.
Submit invoices in accordance with agreed procedures and timetable.
Review services, products, standards and delivery
Attend internal and external training courses and to report back as requested.
Help identify risks involved in the marketing activity and to help develop mitigation strategies

EXISTING SHARED OWNERSHIP PROPERTIES

Provide after sales service to deal with residents queries after completion.
Deal with re-sales via assignments accurately and efficiently in accordance with agreed procedures.

Experience, knowledge and skills required

Previous experience working within a housing association
Strong understanding of shared ownership properties
Strong admin skills
Previous experience working with documents
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Able to work independently with little supervision
