We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator working Monday - Friday office hours working from home working for a market leader with an excellent reputation for delivering a quality service reporting to a Manager remotely, as the Administrator you will deliver an outstanding service levels across all disciplines on site. You will receive full training in all functional areas to ensure that our processes conform in all respects with current statutes, local authority regulations and ICCM guidelines
As the Administrator your duties are listed below
Ensure that Azure is updated accurately with key information in relation to the deliveries
Monitor client responses and ensure they are captured in the delivery schedule
Communicates with customers to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
Calculates the optimum route for deliveries to take place in advance
Maintains communication with management to be informed of any changes of arrangements
Deal efficiently and effectively with all telephone calls, in accordance with procedures and standards, ensuring that all messages are delivered appropriately.
Ensuring all paperwork is completed and updating the CRM system with delivery details and clients' details ensuring 100% accuracy at all times.
Ensure conformity with data protection and GDPR legislation relating to the handling of client information.
Communicate with both Management and the team in a constructive and positive manner.
Be responsible for ensuring clients are received and greeted in the appropriate manner.
Work within the agreed operational standards making recommendations for improvement to the Managing Director.To be successful in this role as Administrator we are looking for the following
Moderate / high level Excel
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbal & written;
Displays empathy and diplomacy.
