Great Customer Service Role paying £23,000! Plus Benefits
Using your Customer Service Skills you will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls, web entry, email, chat requests from internal and external customers on the products, and admin resulting from that contact.
Primary Responsibilities
* As part of the Phone Team you will be dealing with incoming contact (eg calls, emails, live chat) with an aim to resolve any queries raised by the End User/Agents/End User Care team as soon as possible in the correct manner ensuring all contacts are also logged in the correct format.
* Processing incoming documents and admin
* Provide support to our service agents in the UK and ROI market by working with the Agent Support Team.
* To log and capture case data on Salesforce
* Learn about the product portfolios for key brands
* Build relationships with internal and external customers
* Cross functionally trained to support the digital team function if required
Skills Required :
* Experience within a similar Customer Service role
* Excellent Telephone manner and happy to deal with a variety of customer enquires
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
* Strong initiative and ability to self‐manage
* Demonstrate good time management skills
* Willingness to learn and be adaptable to change
* Flexible to handle varying workloads and to work as part of a team
* Experience of handling a large volume of calls (approximately 50 calls per day)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully build and maintain key relationships.
