The goal of the Career Coach is to ensure students are supported as they start to think about their next professional steps and graduates are prepared and confident in their job search. A balance of supporting students to meet their obligations of becoming a qualified job seeker, developing market specific career development curriculum, delivering programs and content appropriate for the tech industry, and ensuring that graduates are empowered to find jobs in a timely manner and find roles that they are passionate about.

If you have a passion for supporting people, have a funny and warm personality this could be the perfect job for you. Pay £30,000-£40,000, Hours 9-6pm, this role can be remote working, the office is based near Aldgate East, London. Starting immediately, this role is a permanent position.

The ideal profile would be someone with a technical recruiting background who can hit the ground running. This position would suit anyone working as a Recruitment Consultant, that is looking for a non-sale, no KPI's less pressurised job.
