Process operative- permanent positions

About the role

Worried that you don't have experience of working on a production line? Not a problem, full training will be provided to all new starters, in line with our client's Company values.

The role is conveniently based at our site in Bridgwater, which is within walking distance of Bridgwater town centre and just off the M5 at Junction 23 with ample free onsite parking and cycle shelters.

So, what will you be doing?

A Multi-skilled Process Operative will be capable of performing all duties within their department in the Factory to ensure the effective running of the process function and associated systems/equipment, responsibilities include:

Operating equipment/machinery and undertaking fault finding, changeovers including CIP where relevant, asset care, and basic machine maintenance actives
Management of Raw Materials
Accurately completing all monitoring systems
Reporting any non-conformances and supporting corrective action activities
Ability to motive teams members to meet team performance targets and Company standards

Salary, Shift Patterns and Benefits

24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern. Average of 42 hours per week. £25,967.32 per annum including shift allowance.

24/5 shift pattern - A continental shift pattern across 5 days per week, full weekends off every week. Average of 40 hours per week. £24,730.78 per annum including shift allowance.

24/6 shift pattern - A continental shift pattern across 6 days per week, every Saturday evening and Sunday day off, plus 13 roster shifts per year. Average of 39 hours per week. £24,112.51 per annum including shift allowance.
