Job Details

We have a great opportunity to work as a Programme and Admissions Assistant within a prestigious university based in central London. This is a Temporary post for 2 months currently paying £16.79 per hour. You will be currently working from home but will be back in the office on a hybrid basis at some stage.

Job Summary:

* To support the work of the TRIUM Programme Delivery team, with some additional required support to the Admissions team, in all aspects of their administration of the TRIUM programme

* To take on additional, ad hoc administrative tasks when required with a positive, can-do attitude

* Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in September, supporting the TRIUM Programme Delivery team with event delivery at Module 1 (5th - 17th September)

Programme/Admissions Responsibilities Include:

* Tracking and updating student records in spreadsheets and sending reminders to students for overdue pre-work * Liaising with an external editor regarding the compilation of class facesheet, and coordinating on the production of the document with internal services such as the Design Unit * Checking, uploading and applying appropriate materials on Moodle, the programme's digital learning platform * Requesting and giving information to new and prospective students, and dealing with the resulting queries, with supervision * Preparing information and gift packs for students and graduates * Auditing and updating student records and admissions data * Liaising with central teams such as IT, the badging office and Security to coordinate student onboarding * Supporting promotional and/or reception events throughout Module 1 in September * Collating current class program materials and sharing with the students for ease of reference throughout their program experience * Carrying out additional other administrative responsibilities and project work as needed in support of the TRIUM program and team, including but not limited to maintaining inventory of previous program supplies and helping with new purchases, finalising the compilation of a faculty facesheet, etc. Customer Service Responsibilities Include: * Providing a high level of customer service in all interactions with students, faculty and staff, keeping to the TRIUM Service Level Agreement * Taking responsibility for providing accurate information to the TRIUM community * Liaising, if required, with members of staff at other alliance institutions * Responding to student queries via the programme inbox Web and Technology Responsibilities Include: * Supporting the maintenance of the distant learning platform, Moodle * Updating student records on Salesforce
